Return & Refund Policy

At Wear Your Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While our products are generally non-returnable, we understand that issues may arise. We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Cases:

  1. Damaged Item – The product was received in a broken or visibly damaged condition.
  2. Wrong Product Received – You received a product different from what you ordered.
  3. Missing Items – Part of your order is missing.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind
  • Size/fit issues (please check product descriptions carefully)
  • Product used or tampered with after delivery

Return Process:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof of the issue.
  • Our team will verify the claim and arrange a return pickup (if applicable).
  • Once verified, we’ll issue a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
