At Wear Your Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email or WhatsApp.
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.
  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size, or color preference (unless specifically mentioned on the product page).
  • Items damaged due to improper handling, cleaning products, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

3. Return Process

  3. After the item is received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
  • If you prefer a replacement and the item is available, we will ship it instead of processing a refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
  • In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
