At Wear Your Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by email or WhatsApp.
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery is not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size, or color preference (unless specifically mentioned on the product page).
- Items damaged due to improper handling, cleaning products, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
3. Return Process

Include your order number and photos/videos of the product.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
- After the item is received and verified, your refund or replacement will be processed.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.
- If you prefer a replacement and the item is available, we will ship it instead of processing a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
