At Wear Your Jewellery, we value your trust and strive to deliver high-quality products with care. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully:

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

  • Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they arrive broken or damaged.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging when requesting a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, size/color preference, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or special-order jewellery is non-refundable.

3. Process for Returns / Replacements

  • Contact us via:
  • Share your order details along with photos/videos of the damaged item.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund (as per your request).

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product verification.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the product is confirmed as damaged/broken, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
