1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement
- Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they arrive broken or damaged.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging when requesting a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, size/color preference, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or special-order jewellery is non-refundable.
3. Process for Returns / Replacements

- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund (as per your request).
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product verification.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via UPI/bank transfer.
5. Shipping for Returns
- If the product is confirmed as damaged/broken, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
