1. Delivery Timelines

  • Within Mumbai: Orders are delivered within 2 business days.
  • Outside Mumbai (All India): Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • You will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may apply during special promotions or above a minimum order value (if announced).

4. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier partner issues. In such cases, we will keep you updated.
