2. Product Information & Pricing

  • All products listed on the site are imitation / fashion jewellery, unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability are based on the latest information at the time of showing. We strive to keep them updated, but errors may occur.
  • In case of an error (wrong price, misrepresentation), we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order, or contact you for clarification, and issue a full refund if payment was made.
  • Minor variations in product images may occur due to lighting, photography, or device display.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders placed via website will be processed after successful payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is selected (where available).
  • By placing an order, you confirm that all shipping and billing information provided is correct. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete user-provided information.

5. Returns & Refunds

The detailed “Refund & Returns Policy” applies and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Key points:

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, broken, or defective.
  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
  • Once we verify the return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be via UPI or bank transfer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns not meeting our policy criteria (unused, original packaging, etc.).

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped (before we forward it to courier).
  • Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel; but you can follow the returns process mentioned above.
  • If canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method (or alternate method if agreed).

7. Intellectual Property & Use of Site

  • All content, images, designs, text, branding, and intellectual property on this site are the exclusive property of Wear Your Jewellery (or its licensors). You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or use them without prior written permission.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wear Your Jewellery is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our site or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price you paid, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damage.
