3. Shipping & Delivery

    • Mumbai: 2 business days
    • Outside Mumbai: 5–7 business days
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, natural calamities, etc.).

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged/broken condition.
  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once verified.
